Shipping Info

The package will be delivered within estimated time frame to the respective destination by bus, taxi or Bhutan Post base on the choice and the preference of customers. The shipping charge is applicable to all the places in Bhutan. The shipping charge may not be same due to difference in weight of the products, distance and type of products ordered. (e.g. Fragile and electronic items incurs higher charges than rest of the products) However, the actual delivery date may be affected sometime by bad weather conditions and other external factors. If you find your package has not been delivered, please contact customer service to verify within 30 days of the order date to seek a refund.
